Meet Norma Bouchard, a dynamic and dedicated member of our team who brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to everything she does. Originally from Oxford, MA, she made the move to Peabody after her husband’s company relocated to Middleton. This change led her to discover a new path at a personal injury law firm, where she embraced the role of case manager with enthusiasm and skill, guiding clients from the start of their cases to successful resolutions. Despite not having a legal background, she thrived in this position for 14 years, becoming an invaluable asset to her team.
Recently, she relocated to Haverhill and, tired of the long commute, found her way to our firm. We’re thrilled to have her on board, where her experience and passion for helping others continue to shine.
On a personal note, she has been happily married to her husband Charlie for 38 years. Together, they have a son, Joel, and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Leah. Their family also includes two beloved dogs, Oscar, a charming cock-a-poo, and Aspen, a spirited rescued shepherd mix. Norma brings the same dedication and warmth to her personal life as she does to her professional role, making her a truly special part of our team.
