A Lowell man was charged with Larceny by False Pretense, Forgery of Check, Attempt to Commit a Crime, receiving
stolen property and uttering a false check. He was alleged to have stolen jewelry, laptops, cell phones and
power tools. Three of the five charges were dismissed outright and on the remaining two charges the defendant
received a continuance without a finding.
