Violation of Restraining Order
A Lowell woman was charged with violation of a restraining order and scheduled for a clerk magistrates hearing in
Lowell District Court. After a hearing in front of the magistrate we were able to show that the alleged behavior
was not prohibited by the terms of the Restraining order.
Case was dismissed and no complaint issued.
