Dog Bite – Pedestrian Gets Knocked Over and Attacked by Two Dogs Leading to Tinnitus and a Spinal Fracture
The plaintiff was out walking when he was approached by two dogs who knocked him over and began jumping on him.
The fall caused severe pain in his back, and one of the dogs bit his forearm. He was transported to the hospital
via ambulance and treated for a compressed L2 fracture and a bite mark on his left forearm.
The plaintiff was left with a scar on his forearm from the bite and began to develop tinnitus in both of his
ears. He began physical therapy after experiencing chronic pain and limited mobility as a consequence of the L2
fracture.
