Motor Vehicle Accident – Toe Amputation – Failed to Stop at Stop Sign
Plaintiff was traveling on Johnson Street in North Andover, Massachusetts when the defendant went through the
stop sign causing the collision.
Plaintiff immediately suffered pain in his second toe. Defendant argued it was a pre-existing issue and was going
to be amputated anyway. Plaintiff argued that due to the motor vehicle accident, he had to have his toe
amputated, which has impacted his quality of life and his ability to perform his daily activities at work and
with his children and family.
