Motor Vehicle Accident – Driver Rear-Ended and Suffered from Pain in Her Neck
The plaintiff was waiting at a red light when she was rear-ended by another driver and pushed her into another
vehicle in Lowell. The accident caused the plaintiff’s head to hit the headrest and caused neck pain.
As a result of this accident, the plaintiff has had to undergo injections in her neck for pain management. She
underwent physical therapy and still continues to have anxiety when driving, which causes her to tense up and
the pain to radiate down the side of her neck.
