Motor Vehicle Accident – Driver Rear-Ended on Highway in Bad Weather Causing Head Injuries
The plaintiff was slowing down due to an accident and bad weather on Route 3 in Bedford when he was rear-ended by
someone going well over the speed limit. The plaintiff was jerked forward and had a strain on his lower lumbar
region. He went to the hospital, where he was evaluated for his continued pain.
The plaintiff had surgery on his back several weeks prior to the accident and was finally starting to feel
better. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff suffered again from continued pain in his lower back which
remained constant, and had trigger point therapy and spinal adjustments to correct the pain.
