Drug Distrubtion
A Tewksbury man was charged with distribution of a controlled substance. A man was seen entering the vehicle and
exchanging an unknown object with the driver. The driver was subsequently pulled over. A search of the driver
and vehicle revealed controlled substance.
A motion to suppress the stop and search for lack of probable cause was allowed. The prosecution was unable to
proceed and the charges were dropped.
