Motor Vehicle Accident – Driver Hit by Car That Failed to Yield, Resulting in Damage to her Hand
The plaintiff was driving in the left lane of a two-lane road in Marlborough when she was hit by a vehicle that
failed to yield as it made a left-hand turn. She was taken to the hospital after her airbag had deployed, and
she had pain in her head and wrists.
