Personal Injury – Employee’s Foot Was Run Over at Gas Station
The plaintiff was an employee at a gas station when a patron entered the parking lot and ran over the plaintiff’s
feet. He was taken to the hospital, where they did X-rays and determined that he had a fracture in his left
fibula.
As a result of this accident, the plaintiff had to use the assistance of a walker to move. He experienced
bruising, swelling, and pain in his foot and ankle.
