Motorcycle Passenger Falls off Motorcycle on Entrance Ramp Resulting in Leg Fracture
The plaintiff was the passenger of a motorcycle when the motorcycle slid on sand on a Route 1 entrance ramp in
Peabody, Massachusetts. The footrest punctured the plaintiff’s leg. The plaintiff was transported to the
hospital via ambulance and sustained injuries to her right leg and was given a knee brace to repair the
fracture.
As a result of the accident, the plaintiff had to undergo physical therapy to repair the damage to her knee and
leg. She began to favor walking on one leg due to the accident and had to have corrective physical therapy.
